Thimania has no accounts and asks for no personal details. This page says what we do record, in plain words. Last updated 22 October 2026.
What we record
Like any website, our servers keep a log of requests: the page asked for, the time, your IP address and your browser’s name. We use it to keep the site running and to find faults. What you type in the search box is part of the page address, so it appears in that log too.
Cookies and tracking
Thimania does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
Links to providers
When you press a button such as “Send with …”, we note which provider and which page you came from, so we know which comparison helped. We then send you to the provider. From that point their own privacy policy applies, and their link may set cookies so they can credit us for the sign-up.
Where it is kept
Thimania is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States (North Virginia).
